Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

No refunds are available.

Exchanges

Within 30 days, the item purchased may only be exchanged with original packaging and receipt. Or a store credit can be obtained for the original amount of the piece. As long as the item has not been damaged, or worn. Exclusions are custom orders or loose gemstones.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You as the customer are required to pay the total shipping costs of the return. Returns must be shipped back in the box they were shipped in, via UPS & provide tracking. All returns must be insured during shipping for the amount of the jewelry creation.
