Return Policy

Kristin Kennedy Design, LLC (Kristin Kennedy) jewelry creations purchased through the Kristin Kennedy website may be returned for store credit only, within 10 business days following delivery.  

You may return your Kristin Kennedy creation for exchange orstore credit only in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Kristin Kennedy will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

You as the customer are required to pay the total shipping costs of the return.  Returns must be shipped back in the box they were shipped in, via UPS, to Kristin Kennedy, Fine Jewelry Design, LLC, 30A Warren Street Concord, New Hampshire 03301.  All returns must be insured during shipping for the amount of the jewelry creation.  

Please email Kristin Kennedy at: info@kristinkennedy.com prior to any return.  

Engraved or embossed creations cannot be returned to Kristin Kennedy for exchange or store credit.

Special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned to Kristin Kennedy for exchange or store credit.

Following receipt of the creation and confirmation of its good condition, without visible signs of wear or use, you will receive an email verifying that you have store credit for the amount of the returned jewelry creation which may be used, via store credit, to purchase another Kristin Kennedy jewelry creation.  

Please note that in the event the amount of the returned creationis less than the creation for exchange, you will be required to pay the difference to effectuate the exchange.  In the event that the returned creation is more than the creation for exchange, then you will have store credit for the excess amount.  

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
